Wild Women Monthly Series

Begin a journey into the world of the Wild Woman.

Wild Women series is a monthly workshop for sharing, rest, connection and awakening the wild woman within us.

Inspired by Women Who Run with the Wolves, the classic text on myths and stories of the Wild Woman feminine by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés.We will examine aspects of the Wild Woman including creativity, intuition, passion, and the spiritual elements of feminine power.

We will listen to stories, journal, share and practice yoga nidra meditation.

This unique combination of yoga nidra meditation, storytelling, sharing, and journaling is restorative and heartens women to find their vision and their voice.
